Mrs. Rachel Troubowitz was the wife of the superintendent who ran the apartment building in which young Richard Reiben lived in. On the day that Reiben left for basic training, the well-endowed Mrs. Troubowitz visited his mother's shop to try on some items. While Mrs. Troubowitz was trying on a girdle that was much too small for her impressive "44 EE" bust, she suggested that Reiben remember her overflowing chest should anything scare or upset him during his service in the Army.
